We understand that life can be unexpected so if you’d like to cancel please let us know as a as possible. If you paid our 20% deposit you are entitled to receive a full refund up to 5-days before the event (this applies to our larger bookings.)

Our pottery items range from £18 (regular size) to £50 (large size)
What’s the difference between the sessions sizes?
The size of the pottery. For example, if you choose the regular session, you’ll have the option to pick from our regular sized pottery bisques (items.) You can always upgrade or downgrade in store.
Do you do discounts for charities?

Items are ready for collections 10 days after they’ve been painted

We hold items for 45 days
How many people can your studio hold?
Our studio can hold 50 people across 2 floors ( Due to Covid 19 we reduce our capacity by 60%)

YES! BYOB really does mean bring your own bottle! We’re happy for you to bring drinks and snacks of any kind!

Yes, we do have a mobile option, however, this costs a little extra, email us to find out more.

Pottery bisques are the ceramic pieces you paint on, and we have over 300 items to choose from - animals, mugs, plates, princesses and the list goes on!
What’s a Fire and Glaze?
This process seals your art! It allows the bisques to reach its optimal level of melting
What happens if my item is damaged in-store
In the rare event of this happening, we’ll offer you a full refund or voucher for your next visit. Accidents happen and sometimes human error means that these mistakes can occur, but we can guarantee that you’ll always have a good time with us here at Social Pottery!
